Too often we don’t have the energy to go to the gym. So this youtube video had some great ideas on how you can still lose weight, even when life is too busy and how you can lose weight.

The big deal is sleep. If you sleep less than 8 hours of sleep, your body is more apt to hang onto weight. You need to keep adequate sleep, or your body will gain the weight.

The other thing to be aware of is the drinking calories. It is easy to diet all day, only to drink a day’s worth of calories in beer or coolers. So you have to keep an eye on it. Drinking a harder alcohol can let you enjoy the relaxing effects with fewer calories.
